Roxy Hart

Roxy Hart is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Wyoming with 30 years of experience supporting people through difficult life experiences. Raised in the Midwest, she relocated to Wyoming after completing her undergraduate education and remained there after earning her graduate degree from Central Missouri University. Her work is grounded in respect and compassion, with a steady focus on helping clients feel understood while building practical steps toward change.

She specializes in helping individuals impacted by trauma and abuse, with particular attention to the ways traumatic experiences can shape day-to-day coping, self-image, and relationships. Roxy has supported clients navigating concerns that can range from negative body image to repeated interpersonal struggles, as well as the stress and emotional strain that often accompany major life demands.

Her background also includes ten years co-facilitating a group for male sex offenders, where she helped participants explore the factors that contributed to offending and work toward preventing future harm. During that time, she also worked with clients experiencing sexual addiction, focusing on recognizing patterns and interrupting cycles of acting out. In addition, Roxy brings extensive experience helping with relationship and family conflict, including couples work, parent-child challenges, and grief following the loss of a child.

Alongside counseling, she has been licensed as a School Psychologist in Wyoming, with training and experience supporting individuals with disabilities, including mental and learning disabilities, and children with emotional disabilities. Roxy collaborates with clients to develop a treatment plan tailored to their needs and goals, then supports them in taking meaningful action toward a more fulfilling life.
