Hello my name is Ross, I am a fully qualified counsellor who has experience working with clients who are facing a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, confidence difficulties, grief, and addiction.
Striving to offer each person a safe and empathic space to explore their issues, my approach to counselling draws from various therapeutic modalities, enabling me to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs. In our sessions I will work with you to gain deeper insights into your challenges, identify patterns, and develop effective coping strategies. I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth, and I am dedicated to empowering my clients to make positive changes in their lives.
As well as wide ranging experience, I have a degree in counselling and I am a registered member of the BACP and NCPS, adhering to their ethical guidelines and professional standards.
