Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a real difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that works best for you, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and you have the option to change therapists at any time if you need a different fit.
