Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, grief, burnout, or addictive behaviours, it can be hard to find a way forward. You don’t have to go through this alone. Counselling offers a safe, confidential space where you can talk openly, be heard without judgement, and begin to find new ways of coping.
I am a qualified therapeutic counsellor, practising since 2007, first in Australia and now in Southend-on-Sea and Westcliff-on-Sea. I offer face-to-face sessions in Westcliff and online sessions for those unable to travel. My approach is integrative — drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, and solution-focused work — but most importantly, it is tailored to you. Together we will explore what feels most supportive and meaningful for your healing. I am also a qualified life coach.
Clients come to me for support with:
Addictions and compulsive behaviours
Anxiety, stress, and burnout
Bereavement and loss
Depression and low self-esteem
Discrimination
Sexuality and identity issues
Transitions such as retirement or workplace challenges
I bring over 20 years of experience in supporting people’s wellbeing, holding a Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling) and advanced training in CBT, addictions, workplace coaching, and professional supervision.
If you are looking for a compassionate, experienced counsellor who will meet you where you are and walk alongside you, please contact me to arrange an initial session.
