Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a trauma-informed counsellor and violence recovery specialist with a background in criminology, specialising in trauma recovery. I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate the impacts of trauma and reclaim their sense of safety, identity, and agency.
My work focuses on survivors of violence including those affected by crime, conflict, displacement, child abuse, sexual assault, neglect, domestic violence and more. I offer evidence-based counselling using a range of therapeutic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, and narrative approaches.
I also support clients navigating childhood trauma and complex trauma, and I deeply value the privilege of journeying alongside each person in their healing process.
I aim to create a safe, collaborative space at your own pace, and in your own way, trauma recovery is often times not a destination that is not black or white but a journey and a process that can be grey

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – you can connect with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Each therapist is a licensed professional, and if you feel you would be better matched with someone else, you may switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, effective way to begin or continue mental health work.
