Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I love helping early and mid career professionals (and college students too) feel more successful at work and in their personal lives. I began my practice in Union Square, with patients ranging from NYU grads just starting out, to executives in the tech industry, and everything “New York-y” in between. If you are struggling with your mood or relationships in the office or at home, having a relatable professional to talk things through can be invaluable.
I have been practicing as a licensed social worker in New York state since 2006. I began my private practice in Manhattan in 2009, and expanded to Westchester County in 2014. I transitioned to a remote model to better serve clients whose demanding schedules presented a barrier to traditional in office treatment. I participate in ongoing supervision and study groups with a focus on relational psychotherapy. My clinical background ranges from positions in major medical facilities to small community based agencies. I completed an intensive three year post graduate certificate in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I trained extensively in the art and practice of deep, therapeutic listening and intervention.
I bring to my work compassion for both the common and more unusual struggles encountered during this delicate phase of life. If you’d like to breath a bit easier, be more comfortable in your own skin, and feel more connected to others, I can help. Taking the first steps can be the hardest. But you’ll find instant relief knowing help is on the way.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, research indicates that online therapy can match the effectiveness of traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that suits them best, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to keep therapy consistent amid busy schedules.
Licensed professionals provide care through these channels, and if a different fit is needed it is possible to switch therapists. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to address many everyday mental health concerns while fitting treatment into a modern life.
