Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of New Jersey for 24 years and have helped Individuals identify and overcome their problems and conflicts, and move ahead in their lives. Some of the problems I have helped clients overcome are anxiety, depression, relationship issues, work related challenges and emotional abuse. I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy, Gestalt Therapy and psychodynamic therapy.
While practicing privately, I have also worked in hospitals, Community Mental Health Centers and Employee Assistance Programs. Through the latter experiences, I learned how to help clients succeed in their organizations, such as by managing difficult people, by identifying their strengths and challenging areas, and by motivating themselves to do their best.
I am a warm, caring individual by nature, and this helps me empathize with clients. Also I gently confront people about their blind spots, that may be getting in their way. I believe firmly in the right of each person to define what is best for them and their families, so I like to help clients identify realistic goals and objectives, based upon their needs and their skills. In closing, I consistently remind myself, that I am helping clients to work toward a better future based on what they need and want.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or navigating life transitions, research and practice indicate that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the format that works best for them, whether through video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and maintain consistent progress.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients are able to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many people seeking support with everyday mental health concerns, online therapy offers an accessible, practical option to begin working toward their goals.
