Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
It takes courage to ask for help and to admit that we don’t have all the answers. My name is Rick and while I don’t have all the answers either, I am an experienced therapist committed to helping people process their history, make sense of their experiences, understand how to change behaviors and to chart a new life path forward. We are all on a journey and need others to support us along the way. I use a cognitive behavioral approach as the foundation to treatment along with solution-focused, client-centered and psychodynamic approaches. More specifically, I am committed to ensuring my clients feel heard, understood and supported able to make informed well grounded decisions in their life. My approach is to create an environment where you can unravel your experiences, understand them in new ways, and gain new insights as a result of deeper understanding.
If you feel that I may be a good fit for you, I look forward to hearing from you.

Many people wonder whether remote sessions can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person care.
An important benefit of online therapy is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your life best, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain continuity of care around busy schedules.
Therapists who provide online services are licensed professionals, and if you decide you need a different fit you can switch therapists at any time. For many people, remote therapy offers an accessible and effective option for addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
