I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in the state of Wisconsin and have been providing counseling services for the past decade now since graduating with my Masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. My work with clients has consisted of a variety of topics including anxiety, depression, trauma, and family conflict. I enjoy working with women’s health in particular, including pregnancy and postpartum.
My approach in working with clients is meeting you where you are at to work on what you need for yourself to better your overall quality of life. I strongly believe that the relationship between client and therapist is what can drive progress. My education was based on a cognitive-behavioral approach which I still apply in my work with clients today. I will work collaboratively with you to identify and set realistic goals to strive for.
I am hoping that you are able to have a positive therapeutic experience as we work together in fulfilling your life needs. I look forward to working with you!

Many people wonder whether remote counseling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that fits them best, whether by video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to incorporate therapy into daily life.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they need a different fit. For many people, online therapy offers an accessible and effective path to support for everyday mental health needs.
