Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Rhonda Pupella, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I have been providing therapy for over 15 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, caregiving and self-esteem issues. I am a firm believer that we are beings who want healing in all aspects of ourselves and our life, which can create tension between our current situation and the changes we want or need to make. Often, we don’t know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle is often too difficult to face without strong support and the realization that someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills. My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness.
It takes courage to make changes, even positive ones. If you are ready to begin learning how, I am here to support and empower you. I look forward to working together!

Rhonda Pupella is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Texas with 15 years of clinical experience. She has supported people facing a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, grief, low self-esteem, depression, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting issues, bipolar disorder, ADHD, compassion fatigue, and coping with life changes.
Her work is grounded in an educational approach that begins by meeting clients where they are emotionally and helping them build practical coping skills. Rhonda emphasizes respect and kindness in the therapeutic relationship and believes meaningful change often requires both guidance and affirmation that new ways of coping can be learned and sustained.
She uses evidence-informed methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered techniques, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused strategies to tailor work to each person’s needs. Rhonda aims to empower clients to make the changes they want while providing steady support throughout the process.
Making changes can take courage, even when those changes are positive. When someone is ready to begin learning how to adjust thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, Rhonda offers supportive, strengths-based guidance and looks forward to working together.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most cases.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet with a therapist in the format that suits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This range of options makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to access support from different settings.
Licensed professionals provide the care, and if a client feels a different fit would be better, they may switch therapists at any time. For many people, the combination of therapist expertise and flexible access makes online therapy a practical and effective way to pursue emotional well-being.
