Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professionally qualified and BACP registered counsellor providing one to one counselling for adults and young people. I have over five years experience of counselling clients.
Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I believe it should be an empowering process. I can offer a safe space where you can learn more about yourself and the person you would like to become. You can expect me to put you first, to be understanding, respectful and non-judgmental. I understand therapy can be a difficult emotional experience. Therefore, I work with you, at your pace to facilitate the process where you find your own answers, make the changes, either externally or within yourself, to enable you to move forward.
I am trained in person centered approach although I do integrate elements of other modalities/resources to address the client’s individual needs.
I have over twenty years experience of working therapeutically with clients. I have worked for a local authority children and young people service. I have also worked for a leading children’s mental health charity. At present I am working as a senior counsellor for a women’s charity.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can deliver meaningful results. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or adjusting to life changes, research indicates that online therapy can be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A key benefit is flexibility – you can meet your therapist in the way that suits you best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy around work, family and daily commitments.
Licensed professionals provide the sessions, and if a different therapeutic fit is needed, it is possible to switch therapists at any time. For many people, online therapy offers a practical, accessible route to support for everyday mental health and life challenges.
