Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists in the UK. I have 19+ years of experience of working therapeutically with adults, adolescents and children. I work in a Person Centred way until we have established a therapeutic relationship where you can feel you can share your challenges and we can think together about tools and strategies that could be helpful to you. You set the pace and set the goals that you would like to work on, I will help you stay on track and offer reading suggestions, worksheets or other therapeutic tools that might be supportive to you.
I have qualifications in Integrative counselling theories and practice which means though I work mainly in a person-centred way, I am able to use other ways of thinking and working which may be relevant for each individual.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Renetta Neal is a Registered Member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and practices in the United Kingdom. She brings 20 years of therapeutic experience working with adults, adolescents and children.
Her practice is primarily person-centred, and she begins work by building a trusting therapeutic relationship in which clients feel able to share their challenges. Once that foundation is in place she and the client consider together which tools and strategies might be most helpful.
Clients set the pace and identify the goals they wish to work on; Renetta supports progress, helps keep work on track, and can suggest readings, worksheets or other therapeutic resources that may be useful. She also holds qualifications in Integrative counselling theories and practice, which means that while her default orientation is person-centred, she can draw on additional approaches when they suit an individual client.
She has experience supporting people with stress, anxiety, parenting concerns, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, as well as depression. Renetta aims to create an open and non-judgmental space where thoughts and feelings can be explored, and she is available to support people taking the first steps toward a more satisfying and happier life.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For most common concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or managing life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is flexibility. Clients can choose the format that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists at any time if they feel a different fit would work better. This accessibility and adaptability make online therapy a practical option for many people seeking support.
