Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Renata and I am an integrative counsellor based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. I work with a range of issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Bereavement, Anger, Relationship, Self-Esteem, Bullying/Emotional abuse, Suicidal Ideation and/or Identity crisis. If you feel under the weather but don’t really know what is going on with you, or have specific issue, it might be helpful to explore your emotional well-being in a counselling room.
I work under strict confidentiality and provide a safe space for you to explore your inner world whilst employing non-judgmental attitude.
As an integrative practitioner I employ elements of the three main therapeutic approaches of Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic. This helps to find the most suitable working approach for each individual as I do not believe that ‘one shoe fits all’. I always work within clients’ limitations and make sure that you feel comfortable and respected. My aim is to ensure that you leave counselling equipped with healthy coping mechanisms and tools to make sure you can deal with whatever life brings your way. My goal is to ensure that you become your own therapist.

Renata Juraske is an integrative counsellor based in Dungannon, Northern Ireland. She works with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, bereavement, anger, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, bullying and emotional abuse, suicidal ideation and identity crises.
Whether someone feels generally low without a clear reason or is facing a specific difficulty, Renata offers a counselling space to explore emotional wellbeing and better understand what is happening. She has five years of experience and works under strict confidentiality, providing a safe and non-judgmental environment for that exploration.
As an integrative practitioner she draws on elements of three main therapeutic approaches – Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioural and Psychodynamic – to tailor the way she works to each individual rather than relying on a single method. She respects clients’ limits and aims to ensure they feel comfortable and respected throughout the process. Her focus is to help clients develop healthy coping strategies and practical tools so they can manage whatever life brings, with the long-term aim of becoming their own therapist.
Many people ask whether remote counselling can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can meet with a therapist in the way that suits them best, whether by video call, phone, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into busy lives and to choose the format that feels most comfortable.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone decides the match is not right they can switch to a different therapist at any time. Online therapy offers a practical, adaptable route for many people seeking support.
