Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a seasoned holistic psychotherapist with over 30 years of professional experience. I’m well travelled having moved from India to live in Canada (Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, Saskatoon) then settled in the US. I am keenly aware of the cross-cultural issues and sensitive to the unique experiences of people all over the world. Sometimes talk therapy can go so far. As a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher and a Reiki Master, I employ somatic therapeutic tools such as breathwork, yoga and guided meditation, mindfulness, art and journaling. Somatic therapy techniques are body-focused to help calm the nervous systems and release pent-up tension for emotional well-being. I specialized in helping people with addictions as they explore their own spiritual journey and regain their connections to their families, deal with their trauma and abandonment issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. We are all walking each other home.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care.
One major benefit is flexibility – individuals can connect in the format that feels most comfortable, whether through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and if someone decides a different therapeutic fit would be better, it is possible to switch therapists. Online formats expand access while offering many of the same therapeutic approaches that are effective in face-to-face work.
