Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Are you tired of feeling stuck and repeating old life patterns? Are you facing old wounds that never seem to heal? I’m here to offer you a nonjudgmental and compassionate ear to help you get through whatever you may be going through. My holistic, therapeutic approach addresses both the mind and body so that you can reach new levels of happiness and satisfaction that will affect your work, play, relationships, and health well into the future.
Therapy is an invitation to a safe, compassionate, healing and reassuring space where you can be truly heard. This allows me to understand you and to help you heal the emotional wounds of the past and present, and break old patterns, to create a more fulfilling, joyful, successful and abundant life. My dominant treatment modalities are always person centered with a strengths perspective. I am adept at Cognitive/Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Psychodynamic Approaches, Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I have specialized training in trauma and integrated health (addresses both mental and physical health). I work with clients in a respectful, collaborative way that often even allows us to have some fun in the process.
In my therapeutic career, I have helped many people:
• Overcome depression, anxiety and anger
• Heal from a legacy of dysfunctional families, abusive relationships, illnesses and trauma
• Live an authentic personal and professional life that is reflective of their deeper values and passions
• Gain confidence and clarity to make important life decisions
• Cope with extensive medical issues (including chronic pain)
As an LCSW licensed in Georgia, I bring over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. I possess a BA from Georgia State University and a Master’s Degree from the University of Georgia. I am committed to staying adept in the latest and best evidence based approaches to treatment and I always seek out training opportunities that will help me to help my clients. It has been one of my greatest honors to be able to provide people with the compassionate care that they deserve.
Often the first step seems the most difficult, yet for most people like yourself, that first step can lead to a sense of liberation and a breath of fresh air as challenges are brought out into the light.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
One major benefit is convenience – clients can connect in the way that suits them best, choosing video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
All therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel another fit would be better. For many, online therapy offers an effective, adaptable way to address everyday mental health concerns and to make steady progress toward personal goals.
