Welcome! My name is Becky and I have been working in mental health for the past 11 years. I have my Clinical degree in Social Work and hold my independent license in Minnesota, North Dakota, Montana, Utah and Colorado. My therapeutic approach is very person centered; you lead your therapy, I just assist you on along the way. I tailor my approach to your specific diagnoses and needs. I utilize multiple treatment modalities depending on what your therapy centers around and what you would like to work on.
You will find that I am nonjudgmental, welcoming and easy to talk to.
I have experience with trauma, anxieties, depression, sleep disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, OCD, gender identity, as well as substance use disorders.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can make a meaningful difference. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the primary benefits is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that works best for them: video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it simpler to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the mode of communication that feels most comfortable.
All work is delivered by licensed professionals and therapists, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would be better. Online therapy can be a practical, accessible option for many people seeking support.
