Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have more than nine years experience providing services to individuals age 4 to 60+, with my primary practice focus working with children and adolescents, young adults, and parents/caregivers. I am a Certified Parent Peer Support Specialist in addition to my clinical licensure. I have experience working with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, Autism, ADHD, etc. I have also worked with individuals with mild to moderate cognitive disabilities in addition to their mental health diagnoses.
My therapeutic approach is to be radically genuine and open, as well as person centered and trauma informed. I provide evidence based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Motivational Interviewing. I will work with you to identify your goals and develop my approach to your treatment to help you achieve those goals.
It takes a lot of strength to recognize that you need support and to reach out for help. I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can engage in the format that feels most comfortable, whether by video call, phone, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapeutic work into a busy schedule.
All therapists involved are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they would prefer a different fit. Online therapy can be a practical and effective way to access support when facing everyday mental health concerns.
