Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a professionally qualified counsellor in the United Kingdom, with 7 years of experience working with people of all ages, through face to face, telephone and online sessions in a confidential and empathic manner.
Through counselling, I provide a safe place to explore life events and the emotions, thoughts and behaviour they bring with them, in an accepting and non-judgmental environment. Your situation and the way you respond is unique to you. Seeking the support of someone external can be invaluable if we feel stuck in an emotion, out of control, or alone, and having the opportunity of talking to someone who is separate to our day to day lives, can allow for us to feel heard and understood, without fear of judgment or consequence.
Areas I work with include stress & anxiety, depression, grief, childhood issues, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem & confidence and gender dysphoria. I have experience of working with both neurotypical and neurodivergent individuals.
My aim is to build a trusting relationship, encouraging an honest approach with warmth, understanding and integrity. I offer a non-directive approach to counselling, providing you with the freedom to explore what you wish, at a pace that is comfortable for you. Together we can address issues past and present and over time, uncover your own autonomy, to process challenges old and new.

Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For common issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most typical concerns.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to maintain continuity of care.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and if a different match is needed it is usually possible to switch to another therapist. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible and practical route to consistent support and personal progress.
