Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Greetings! I am a licensed clinical social worker in the states of North and South Carolina. I have been licensed for 13 years during this time I have provided therapy services to youth, adults and families in office, community and home settings. The modalities I tend to use consist of solution focused brief therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy and person centered modalities. Prior to becoming licensed I worked as a family preservation counselor and a youth residential counselor. I have an extensive background in family work including parent education. I pride myself in being an honest direct yet empathic clinician who believes despite therapy being a difficult and sometimes uncomfortable decision it should be an enlightening and awakening experience.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
Online care also offers practical flexibility. Clients can connect in the way that suits them best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule or to maintain continuity during life transitions.
Each therapist involved in online services is a licensed professional, and clients have the option to change therapists if they want a different fit. For many people, the combination of evidence-based approaches and flexible access makes online therapy a useful option when seeking support.
