Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of therapy experience. I graduated with my Bachelors in psychology at Brigham Young University and received my Masters in social work at Arizona State University.
I wanted to become a therapist to help people in need, and I have felt honored to do so. I have extensive experience working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, life challenges, relationship issues and addictions. I use a person centered approach to therapy- where you, the client, drive your goals and outcomes. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
I feel that it is important that you leave each session with tangible, useful, coping strategies, tools and resources. I provide these, as well as weekly assignments and challenges to help you apply these strategies. I use my role as therapist to listen and ensure that my clients feel heard, as well as provide real therapeutic information to help you. I look forward to empowering you to enjoy a more peaceful, whole life.

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can meet in the format that works best for them, choosing from video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and maintain continuity over time.
All participating clinicians are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For those seeking accessible, evidence-informed support for everyday mental health challenges, online therapy can be a practical and effective option.
