Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! Welcome to the BetterHelp Community. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and a graduate from Lamar University. I have 3 years of professional experience. I believe counseling provides an opportunity for individuals to learn and grow personally within their unique journey. It is important to me to create a safe and warm space where clients feel they are being heard and embraced within their situation.
I enjoy working with adults, young adults, adolescents, parents, women, women in the perinatal stage, and new parents, and parents that are in the stages of transition with their children. I utilize an Elective Approach to help clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, loss, stress, family conflict, relationship strain, trauma and those adjusting to the daily challenges of life. I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all. We will work together to tailor your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.

Many people wonder whether virtual counseling can truly help. For common concerns – such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or managing life changes – online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the major benefits is flexibility. Individuals can connect with therapists in the format that works best for them – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit care into a busy schedule.
The therapists available are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they feel a different fit would be more helpful.
