Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hello! My name is Rachel and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over 5 years of experience working in different settings including a family counseling center, outpatient hospital and community college. I have worked with individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, addiction, substance abuse, career, educational decisions, and family issues.
I enjoy working with individuals using a client centered approach. Each person has individual needs and methods that work best for them. We can work together to decide which modalities are a good fit. I generally use Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques.
I sincerely believe that therapy works! I consider it a privilege to join with clients in their healing and feeling better!

Many people wonder whether remote therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and navigating life changes – online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most cases.
One of the main benefits is the convenience it offers. People can connect with a therapist in the format that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to integrate therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may choose to switch therapists at any time if they seek a different fit.
