Rabecca Cole is a licensed clinical social worker practicing in Wisconsin with more than ten years of clinical experience. She has worked extensively with people facing depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, family conflict, grief, and intimacy-related concerns.
As an ally to the LGBTQI+ community, Rabecca also holds a certificate in sexual health from the University of Michigan and is working toward certification as a sex therapist. She remains committed to expanding her knowledge and understanding so she can better support her community.
Rabecca draws from multiple evidence-informed approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral treatment, mindfulness practices, and person-centered care. She aims to meet individuals where they are in their journey, recognizing that needs and circumstances evolve over time, and she brings an authentic, genuine, and respectful presence to the therapeutic relationship.
Her Wisconsin clinical license reflects advanced training and supervised clinical experience (license WI LCSW 9041-123). Rabecca appreciates each person’s willingness to seek help and looks forward to joining clients as they take the next step in their lives.
Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person care for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility. Clients can connect in the format that fits their schedule and comfort level - video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging - which makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists if they decide a different fit would work better for their needs.
