Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a therapist for many years. I have worked in private practice with individuals, couples, and families. My approach is to present myself as a real person who has been through his own life challenges who also has professional training and experience. I use a variety of therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, and others. I choose the ones that seems to best fit the client and the situation. I think that developing a relationship with a client can help promote trust and confidence. I’ve gotten great satisfaction in helping numbers of individuals, couples, and families to move forward and thrive. Most recently, my work has been focused on individuals with depression, anxiety, and challenging life changes.
