Perry Malzahn

Perry Malzahn is a Kansas-based licensed clinician with 15 years of experience helping people at different life stages navigate transitions and challenges.

She provides a calm, supportive environment where individuals, children, adolescents, and families can work toward the changes they want to see in their lives. Her clinical practice includes care for the spectrum of trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship concerns including infidelity, peripartum matters, adoption-related issues, and work with individuals diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. She also has experience serving military personnel.

Perry is trained in a range of clinical approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). She has additional specialized training through the Department of Defense to support military populations. She holds the KS LSCSW credential - Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker - license number LSCSW 5101.

She offers both online and in-person sessions and is currently accepting new clients. Perry considers it a privilege to accompany people through difficult moments and to sit with them in vulnerability, recognizing that many have suffered in silence before reaching out and deserve a supportive path forward.
