Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Hi. I’m Peggy. I am an LPC in the Great State of Texas and have extensive experience working in the mental health field. I am a United States Navy veteran and a retired federal civilian employee. These life experiences have helped to shape who I am – a straight forward, authentic person. I’m task oriented in that I believe if you voluntarily reached out for a counselor, there’s probably a reason. So let’s get to work. On the other hand, I also believe that sometimes life events can seem overwhelming in the moment and you just need someone to talk to, not to fix anything, just someone to listen. I’m that person as well.
I wish I could press a button to fix whatever is going on in your life, but we all know that’s not possible. This journey is yours to take, but you don’t have to go alone. As a member of your team. I promise I’ll walk beside you, encourage you, and be your biggest ally.
Although it may not always seem like it, just remember – you’ve got this!

Peggy Thomas Rosiek is a licensed professional counselor in Texas with 13 years of experience in the mental health field. A United States Navy veteran and a retired federal civilian employee, she brings life experience that informs a straightforward, authentic approach to counseling.
She is task-oriented and believes that when someone voluntarily seeks a counselor there is likely a reason to address – so she prefers to get to work with clear goals and practical steps. At the same time, she recognizes that some moments require only a supportive ear rather than immediate solutions, and she offers that listening presence as well.
While there is no simple button to fix every challenge, Peggy walks alongside clients as a member of their team. She aims to encourage, support, and advocate for those she works with, helping them move forward at a pace that fits their needs.
Holding a Texas professional counseling license (LPC 66650), Peggy combines clinical experience with a direct, compassionate style and a steady belief in people’s ability to adapt and grow.
For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions. It can be a viable option for those seeking support for everyday mental health needs.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – people can connect in the format that works best for them, including video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule and to choose the way of communicating that feels most comfortable.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients may switch providers if they prefer a different fit. Online therapy can provide a practical, approachable path to addressing common concerns while accommodating individual preferences and life demands.
