Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients between outpatient clinic work, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and everything between! In my free time I read and play video games. I’ve learned many ways of coping with anxiety and depression, stress from home or work, along with many other issues. I may not be your typical therapist who is warm and fuzzy, but I’m down to earth and connect with nearly every client I meet. The presenting problems I’ve worked with the most include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family and couple issues, and communication issues. I will give any client a shot. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

Peggy Harless brings practical, down-to-earth support to clients she meets across a range of care settings, from outpatient clinics to inpatient psychiatric facilities and everything in between. She draws on experience helping people develop coping strategies for anxiety and depression, and for stress stemming from home or work.
Outside of her clinical work she enjoys reading and playing video games, and she applies a straightforward style rather than an overly sentimental approach. Peggy connects with nearly every client and is open to working with anyone who reaches out.
Her most frequent presenting concerns include anxiety, depression, substance abuse, family and couple issues, and communication problems. She is licensed as GA LMFT MFT002032 – a Georgia Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Many people wonder whether remote therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or adjusting to life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
A major benefit is flexibility – individuals can choose the communication method that works best for them, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to fit regular care into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch providers if they decide another fit would be better.
