Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As we face many life choices on a daily basis, it can get quite overwhelming as we try to juggle our personal lives, family, friends, children, work, and unexpected events all at once. We tend to concentrate on helping others and avoid taking care of ourselves. If we have experienced past trauma in our lives, it compounds our life to where it feels like we are drowning. It’s time to heal, gain strength, and work out your barriers to improving your behavior, and I am available to assist on your journey. I have been a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I have assisted individuals with issues that include depression, anxiety, anger management, pain management, young adult issues, PTSD, immigration counseling, divorce, substance abuse, living with HIV, and healthy relationships.
My focus is working with young adults as they deal with life changing decisions and the stressors of expectations, the unknown future, and the anxiety of transitioning into adulthood.
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Mental Health from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

For many common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, online therapy can be an effective option and has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person treatment for these issues. It offers practical benefits that make care more accessible for people with busy schedules or limited local options.
One major advantage is flexibility – individuals can connect with a therapist in the format that fits them best, whether by video call, phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This variety of communication methods makes it easier to integrate therapy into daily life and maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide online therapy, and clients may choose to switch therapists if they are seeking a different fit. For many people dealing with common mental health concerns, online therapy provides a convenient and effective path to support.
