Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Although my specialism has been working with young people, I also have a vast amount of experience supporting adults as well.
Having worked in education for eight years, I have been able to really support the mental and emotional health of young people within my specialised age bracket and my four years of Samaritans experience has also provided me with the skill set to offer emotional support through listening. I am also able to support adult clients who could benefit from support through the person-centred approach.
I specialise in counselling young people ages 14 – 25 and can offer a person-centred approach to counselling. Person-centred counselling means that my focus would be purely on what a young person wishes to bring to the session, as and when they bring it and would work with the client to work things out for themselves, without giving advice.

Paul Green specialises in counselling young people aged 14-25, offering a person-centred approach that places whatever the client brings to the session at the centre of the work. He focuses on helping young people explore and make sense of their experiences, supporting them to arrive at their own conclusions rather than giving advice.
He brings experience from eight years working in education, during which he supported the mental and emotional health of adolescents within his specialist age range. In addition, four years of volunteering with the Samaritans provided him with practical listening skills and confidence in offering emotional support through attentive, non-judgemental listening.
Paul also works with adult clients who may benefit from a person-centred approach, combining a calm, empathetic presence with a commitment to helping people work through issues at their own pace. He has five years of experience providing therapy services and creates a supportive space for clients to address their concerns.
Many people ask whether online therapy can genuinely help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties and adjusting to life changes – online therapy is often as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. People can connect with therapists in the format that suits them best – via video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging – which can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
Therapists offering online work are licensed professionals, and clients are free to change therapists at any time if they want a different fit. For many, remote sessions provide a practical and effective route to getting support.
