Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
As a compassionate therapist, I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Using a Person-Centred Approach, I provide warmth, empathy, and understanding, ensuring you feel heard and valued. Alongside this, I integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you develop practical tools to manage negative thoughts, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Rather than offering advice or directing your choices, I will work alongside you to support your self-exploration and growth. Therapy is most effective when built on mutual trust, respect, and commitment. I aim to create a space where you feel empowered to take ownership of your journey, engage fully in the process, and make the most of each session.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or life transitions, my goal is to support and empower you. Together, we’ll work towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being.
