Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a BACP-accredited counsellor and EMDR UK-registered therapist with over 8 years of professional experience supporting clients across the UK. I specialise in helping individuals navigate stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, low self-esteem, confidence issues, motivation, and career-related challenges. My approach is person-centred, and I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions.
I offer both in-person sessions in Aberdeen’s West End and online therapy throughout the UK, tailoring each interaction to meet your unique needs. I’ve worked across the voluntary sector, with insurance and Employee Assistance Programme providers, and in private practice. I’m passionate about helping people live fuller, more meaningful lives, and I integrate evidence-based methods—including EMDR therapy—into my work to support healing and growth.
I hold an MSc in Person-Centred Counselling and a BA (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen. I have a particular interest in anxiety and trauma research, and I’m committed to applying research-informed practices to support your journey.
Taking the first step into therapy takes courage, and I’m proud of you for considering it. I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and wellbeing.

Many people ask whether remote therapy can genuinely help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or coping with life changes, research and practice show that online therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person work for most people.
A major benefit is flexibility – sessions can fit around daily commitments and personal routines. Clients can choose the format that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone conversations, live chat or in-app messaging, making it easier to access support when needed.
Therapists offering online services are licensed professionals, and if a different fit is required at any point it is possible to switch to another therapist. Online therapy can therefore be a practical, adaptable option for many people seeking support.
