I love helping people find the best path for themselves, as you are the most knowledgeable about what works best in your life. My therapy style and approach is influenced by Solution-Focused Therapy which is future-focused, goal-directed, and focuses on solutions to help you get to the place in your life where you can be the best version of yourself. We will work together as a team to help you set goals and learn ways to navigate life’s daily challenges.
Thank you for checking out my site! Before we start working together I just wanted to give a little information about scheduling. I am available evenings and weekends. As single parent I always looked for providers and activities that were available after day-working/school hours. I continued this into private my practice for families who could not miss work or school, but needed therapy services to accommodate their lives. I am available weekday evenings after 6:00pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 4:00pm. I check messages about 2-3 times per day, usually in the morning, afternoon and evening. I will always respond within 24 hours. I look forward to chatting with you and if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out!

Many people wonder whether connecting with a therapist online can actually help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and coping with life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be an effective alternative to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility. Clients can meet with a therapist using the method that fits their needs and comfort level – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. This versatility makes it easier to maintain regular appointments around work, family, and other commitments.
Another practical advantage is access. Licensed professionals provide care remotely, and if clients need a different therapeutic fit they can switch providers at any time. For many people, online therapy makes consistent, professional support easier to arrange and sustain.
If you are considering therapy for everyday mental health concerns or life changes, online sessions with a licensed therapist may be a suitable and convenient option to explore.
