Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an independent consultant and counselor with more than 35 years of experience in health care, counseling and coaching. I obtained my Master’s in Social Work, specializing in Interpersonal Practice, from the University of Michigan in 1983. Throughout my career I’ve worked with thousands of individuals dealing with wide ranging concerns including health and stress related problems, crisis management, anxiety, depression, grief, anger issues, relationship and family problems, work related and career challenges. I consider my work with individuals to be a great privilege and I take pride in the ability to help people to feel very comfortable, and to feel supported no matter what concerns they may be struggling with at the time. I am very solution oriented and practical in my approach, recognizing that for many people, short-term counseling is all that is necessary. Sometimes we just need someone on the outside of our situation to help us look at things from different angles so that we can identify all possible solutions and/or opportunities. Despite my many years of experience, I know that people are unique individuals and I take nothing in the work I do for granted. Doing my very best for each individual I work with is critical to me.
Thank you for your consideration and please contact me if you believe I can be of assistance.

Many people ask whether therapy delivered online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or coping with life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the way that fits your schedule and comfort level, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to maintain consistency and integrate therapy into a busy life.
Licensed professionals deliver care through these remote options, and if you decide a different therapist would be a better fit, you can switch at any time. For many people, remote therapy provides an accessible, effective way to address everyday mental health and relationship concerns while fitting treatment into their routine.
