Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am licensed in Idaho with 8 years of professional work experience. My passion is helping people grow and find the healing and wholeness they desire. I have experience in helping clients with trauma and abuse, coping with grief and loss, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. In addition, I have experience working with Foster and Adoptive families as well as personally being a foster and adoptive mom. In addition, as a Christian, I offer faith based and Biblically based counseling for those who want counseling from that prespective. I also understand there is a lot of church hurt and people struggling with areas in their faith. I provide a safe place to work through and heal from those hurts as well.
I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I believe that you are the expert of your story and I take an approach of meeting you where you are. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution focused and client centered strength based approach to help you make the forward movement in the direction you want to go.
