Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Ohio with 12 years of experience working with clients of all ages. I am trained in cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, sensory approaches, and narrative therapy. I also teach radically open dialectical behavior therapy (RODBT) for overcontrolled clients. I enjoy helping individuals with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and OCD.
My counseling philosophy is integrative, meaning I tailor my approach to each individual’s needs and preferences, as well as collaborative, meaning we will work together to pinpoint areas for growth and formulate a plan to improve. I emphasize skill-building, self-knowledge, and balance. It is my belief that each individual holds within them the tools they need to live a purposeful, rewarding life. It is my job to help facilitate the process of discovering these tools and help you to utilize them to effect lasting positive change.
My practice hours are typically 3 weekday evenings per week, as well as some appointment availability on Saturdays and Sundays. I can generally respond to messages at least once per day, typically in the afternoon/evening time.
