Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am an Integrative Counsellor with 5 years of professional experience working in Addiction, Employment Assistance Programs and with Students in a University and School setting. I have experience helping clients address and overcome issues such as; stress, anxiety, depression, addiction, grief, low self esteem and low confidence.
I believe that all humans have the innate resources to help themselves; that we do the best we can with what we have, until we see a different path. I offer a non-judgmental and confidential space where we can explore and understand the thoughts and feelings that have led to the patterns of behaviour that are no longer working for you. My hope is that you will feel less alone in facing your adversity and that we can uncover solutions that are realistic and personal to you.
