Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I understand how difficult it can be to make that first step of reaching out to a counselor, but I am here to guide you through it! Your first session with me will give you the opportunity to talk about why you have chosen to participate in therapy and what issues you are experiencing in your life that you would like to change. As partners, we will work together to decide how I can best help you. I am trained in CBT and Solution Focused Therapy, but also teach a lot of communication/relationship building skills during sessions. I have a lot of experience with clients who suffer from anxiety, grief, the fall out from childhood, and relationship issues – but of course I’ve seen it all! I can’t wait to get started working with you:)

Nicole Logan understands that reaching out to a counselor can feel like a big step, and she aims to guide clients through that process with patience and clarity.
In the first session she gives people space to explain why they have chosen therapy and to identify the specific concerns they want to address. She approaches treatment collaboratively, working with each client to determine the most helpful path forward.
She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy and frequently incorporates communication and relationship-building skills into sessions to support practical change.
Nicole has extensive experience supporting people dealing with anxiety, grief, the long-term effects of childhood experiences, and relationship difficulties. She also works with stress, self-esteem issues, coping with life changes, LGBT concerns, family conflict, trauma and abuse, parenting and career challenges, coaching needs, and compassion fatigue.
Nicole is licensed to practice as a counselor in South Carolina and as a professional clinical counselor in California, has ten years of clinical experience, and is based in California. She looks forward to beginning collaborative work with new clients.
Many people wonder whether therapy delivered online can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be as effective as traditional in-person sessions for most people.
One of the main advantages is flexibility – clients can connect in the way that suits them best through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to switch therapists at any time if they prefer a different fit.
