With four years of experience, Nicole Kaldani offers a warm, confidential and non-judgmental space for people who feel overwhelmed, anxious or unsure where to turn. She provides time and space for clients to explore thoughts, emotions and life challenges at a pace that suits them.
Nicole holds a BA Honours in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is currently studying for a Master’s in Pluralistic Psychology. She works in an integrative way, tailoring methods to each person’s needs and preferences rather than using a one-size-fits-all model.
Her approach draws on established methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), person-centred therapy, psychodynamic work, gestalt methods, embodiment practices and creative and expressive therapies. Nicole collaborates with children and young people, adults and neurodivergent clients, and supports those navigating life changes, mental health difficulties or a process of self-discovery.
Nicole aims to find the therapeutic path that best fits each individual, combining professional training and a compassionate, client-focused attitude to help people move forward.
Many people ask whether talking to a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy has been found to be effective and is a suitable option for many individuals.
A major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the format that fits their routines and comfort level, whether that is video appointments, phone calls, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility makes it easier to access support without rearranging daily life.
Therapists offering online sessions are licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they would prefer a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides a practical, accessible way to begin or continue their therapeutic work.
