I am licensed in Texas with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, & depression.
Following obtaining a BA in Psychology, I entered the mental health field over 11 years ago. It was there that I found both excitement and purpose in my work with clients who found themselves facing a wide variety of challenging life events and used this drive to complete an MA in Professional Counseling, gaining further certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I look forward to helping both teens and adults work on ways to move towards the goals they wish to meet!
