Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome. I am a qualified psychotherapist and counsellor with 14 years of experience working with adults in London (UK), Spain in person and online.
My style is open and creative. I strive to provide a safe and confidential space where my clients can unload, feel heard and validated, and find creative solutions to move past their difficulties.
My training is Integrative. This means that I can draw on a variety of tools and techniques to create and tailor the therapy to your specific needs as an individual. Integrative therapists can address early life, existential or spiritual issues among others. The results of this approach are a better understanding of how you relate to yourself your relationships with others, and how you fit into the world. This is done in a supportive, empathic and compassionate atmosphere without any pressure or expectations. We will work at your own pace.
My private practice is comprised of people of many different countries and cultures and I’m insured to work internationally.
I am BACP registered and I abide to their code of ethics and practice.

Many people ask whether online therapy can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or navigating life changes, online therapy is generally as effective as traditional face-to-face sessions.
One major benefit is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of contact that suits them best, whether that is video calls, phone sessions, live chat or in-app messaging. This flexibility can make it easier to fit therapy into a busy life.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if someone wants a different therapeutic fit they may switch therapists at any time. Online therapy therefore provides a practical, adaptable option for many people seeking support.
