Many people ask whether remote therapy truly helps. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions, online therapy has been shown to be comparably effective to in-person care for most individuals.
A major benefit is scheduling flexibility – you can meet with a therapist in the format that suits you best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or messaging within an app. This adaptability makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy routine.
Therapists who offer remote care are licensed professionals, and if at any point you feel a different clinician would be a better fit you are free to switch. Online therapy can therefore provide effective support while accommodating the practical needs of everyday life.
