Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed clinical social worker and licensed addiction counselor in the state of Montana with over 11 years of experience. As a social work major, I have a strong background working with several diverse communities. I am trained to look both at the individual and the large environment that affects the individual. Through my employment at Montana State Hospital, Montana State Prison, the Lewis and Clark County Jail, and other outpatient therapeutic environments I have had a wealth of opportunities to further my understanding and knowledge into both mental illness and substance abuse disorders.
My responsibilities have included providing therapeutic intervention services to both the criminal and civil populations. My experience, education, and knowledge provide me with a unique understanding of mental illness and effective treatment modalities. I have familiarity working with the severely mentally ill, families, and groups. I have provided therapeutic services to clients from various ages and backgrounds. I am well versed at working with those whom have experienced trauma, suffer from depression, anxiety, ADHD, or a mood regulation disorder.
I understand how important the therapeutic relationship and would like to work with you as we take this journey to wellness together. Though therapy can be difficult and overwhelming at times I want you to know that I am invested in your road to recovery. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to speaking with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For a range of common concerns – including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions – online therapy has been shown to be comparable to traditional in-person treatment for improving day-to-day functioning and coping.
One of the primary advantages is practical flexibility. Clients can choose the communication method that suits them best – video sessions, phone calls, live chat, or in-app messaging – which makes it easier to fit therapy into busy schedules and to maintain continuity of care.
Licensed professionals provide these services, and if a different match is needed, clients are able to change therapists. That adaptability, combined with the variety of formats available, makes online therapy a viable option for many people seeking support.
