Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Do you feel stressed, anxious, or depressed? Do have difficulties in relationships? Whatever it is that you are struggling with, I can work with you and help your find inner peace. The Vietnamese Buddhist Monk and teacher of Mindfulness, Thich Nhat Hanh, says, if we are anxious, we are living in the future; if we are depressed, we are living in the past. If we live in the present, we can feel peace. If we feel calm and relaxed in the here and now, we can also become more thoughtful and optimistic about the future. We can start building this future with ever step we take and thus make progress immediately.

Analytic Somatic Therapy is a further development of Bioenergetic Analysis and includes cutting-edge research in trauma and brain research. I am also certified in Systemic Therapy.
I look forward to working with you.

Monika Broecker works with people who are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or who are struggling in relationships, helping them move toward greater calm and clarity. She draws on a mindfulness perspective echoed by Vietnamese Buddhist teacher Thich Nhat Hanh – if anxiety pulls us into the future and depression keeps us stuck in the past, tending to the present can open a path to peace and clearer choices.
As a Solution-Focused and Somatic Psychotherapist, Monika combines practical, goal-oriented strategies with body-centered work. She trained at the Mental Research Institute in Palo Alto and studied Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with the founders of that approach. Many people wonder whether meeting with a therapist online can really help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, research and practice suggest online therapy is comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major benefit is convenience – online care lets people connect in the way that suits them best, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. That flexibility often makes it easier to maintain consistency and fit therapy into a busy life.
These services are offered by licensed professionals, and clients have the option to change therapists if they feel a different fit would be more helpful. For many, online therapy provides a practical, accessible route to addressing everyday mental health and relationship concerns.
