Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 28 years in California. My clinical experience includes working with children, families and adults, including those who are or have been in the foster care system. I am someone who enjoys listening and working with all different kinds of people; I believe that everyone deserves to live their best lives, and therapy is an excellent path to achieve that goal. In my practice, I teach cognitive behavioral skills, assisting clients to identify their inaccurate thoughts and change them to thoughts that are grounded in reality. Once thoughts begin changing, feelings and actions also change, allowing for new healing experiences. This approach is particularly effective for people who are experiencing depression and anxiety. Please note that I do not practice either messaging therapy or couples therapy.
Beginning the wellness journey is a courageous step, and I look forward to working with you!

Many people ask whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One key benefit is convenience and flexibility – you can connect in the way that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
All participating therapists are licensed professionals, and if you decide you would prefer a different match, it is possible to switch to another therapist at any time.
