Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Welcome to all!
At some point in all of our lives, we reach a period of needing to reach out for some extra support. Sometimes the hardest part of seeking help is realizing that is “okay to not be okay”. I am currently a LICSW in the state of Rhode Island and have worked in a variety of scenarios allowing me to provide treatment to those in need, ranging from working with individuals on inpatient psychiatric units to providing individual counseling with students in high school. The guiding principle when working with my clients is that we are a team working toward the same goal, a goal that is always set by you. My training is strongly rooted in CBT, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused interventions. Nobody is perfect and I want you to know that reaching out for help is a sign of great strength, NOT weakness. I look forward to working with you as a means for you to become the best version of yourself!
