Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a licensed psychologist in Wisconsin with over 25 years of professional work experience. I have worked in college counseling centers and at a school district, so I have had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages and with a number of challenges. I have experience working with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, parenting concerns, depression, career challenges, ADHD, and life changes.
My approach is to learn as much as I can about you and what brought you to therapy. As we work on goals, I want to know what blocks sometimes get in the way of getting you what you want or need in your life.
I have been described as respectful, sensitive, calming, caring, and someone with a good sense of humor. If you are looking for someone that has all the answers, that is not me. It is up to you how you want to face your problems and what actions you are willing to take. With all that said, the first step to getting help can be hard. You have made that first step and that shows you are willing to look at yourself and make important changes in your life. For that, I am already impressed with you. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be just as effective as traditional in-person sessions.
One significant advantage is flexibility. Individuals can connect with a therapist through video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – choosing the format that best fits their schedule and comfort level.
These services are provided by licensed professionals and therapists, and if someone decides a different fit would be better they can switch therapists at any time.
For many people, online therapy offers a practical way to access care and support while fitting into everyday life.
