Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience working as a therapist and in case management. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, poor impulse control, low self esteem, parenting problems, stress management, anger management, addiction, and those who have experienced physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. Once that foundation is laid, one of several therapeutic modalities can be utilized, depending on the issue at hand. These modalities may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychotherapy. An Integrated approach can be utilized as well.
I received my Associate of Arts Degree in Psychology from Okaloosa Walton Community College. I then received my Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University and received my Master’s Degree from Florida State University. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked with populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings with various age groups. I have managed a halfway house for women with dual diagnosis, in addition to managing a specialized program for both teenage girls and boys, which included providing individual and group counseling. I have worked in the state hospital in Georgia and worked with community based care.
I am known for being a good listener, caring, sensitive, and open minded. My style is warm and interactive. Not only do I have the necessary credentials, experience, and hours to be licensed, but I also have a lifetime of experience and wisdom to draw from, which is invaluable! I believe everyone should be treated with respect and dignity. I will tailor our therapy and treatment plan to meet your needs. I am here to support and empower you!

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly help. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One major advantage is convenience and flexibility. People can meet with a therapist in the format that fits their life best – video calls, phone sessions, live chat, or in-app messaging – making it easier to maintain consistent care.
Every therapist available is a licensed professional, and if you decide a different fit would be better, you have the option to switch therapists. Online therapy offers a practical, accessible way to engage in treatment for many common mental health needs.
