Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
My name is Melissa Gramigna and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I received my licensure in 2001 and I have worked with many mental health issues. I believe that there are times when we all may need someone to talk to and that is not a bad thing. It warms my heart to encounter those who are motivated for change as that is the very catalyst to change. I will put my best foot forward to ensure a positive experience to aid in that change.
I am a counselor with a servant’s heart and driven by my passion to serve others, I use a personable approach to provide sound, solution-focused counseling with a combination of approaches that will be catered to your individual needs; cognitive-behavioral strategies, acceptance and commitment principles, mindfulness exercises, existential theory, a psychodynamic understanding of the development of problems, and other approaches that may be most useful.
You have already taken the first step by reaching out for help and I am here to support and empower you as you move forward. I look forward to getting to know you on your journey! I cannot wait to meet you and look forward to assisting you in any way that I can.
