Holistic Jungian therapist specializing in trauma and relationships
Life can be very difficult even under the best of circumstances. Trauma, despair, anxiety and loss are an all too common part of life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) practicing in the state of Utah and specialize in treating individuals who are dealing with these and many other hardships in their lives. Therapy is a process of client and clinician working together as a team to help the individual find healing and peace in order that they might move forward confidently to reach their goals and live their best life.
I specialize in treating adults experiencing symptoms related to trauma utilizing Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). I also have extensive experience treating those suffering from symptoms of depression, anxiety, and scrupulosity using a solutions-based approach in conjunction with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Many people wonder whether online therapy can truly make a difference. For common concerns such as stress, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or navigating life changes, online therapy has been shown to be comparable in effectiveness to traditional in-person sessions.
One of the main benefits is flexibility – clients can choose the mode of connection that feels most comfortable, whether that is a video call, a phone session, live chat, or in-app messaging. This flexibility often makes it easier to fit therapy into a busy schedule.
Therapists offering online care are licensed professionals, and clients may switch therapists at any time if they would like a different fit. For many people, online therapy provides an accessible, practical way to pursue support for everyday mental health concerns.
