I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Georgia and Florida with years of experience working as a therapist. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, identify patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping. Whether struggling with emotional dysregulation, anxious attachment, low self-worth, or past trauma, my goal is to help clients build resilience and feel more secure within themselves and their relationships. Clients leave me feeling empowered, understood, with self-awareness.
Through a structured yet compassionate approach, I help clients: Develop emotional regulation skills to manage distress and mood swings; understand and reshape relationship patterns to foster healthier connections; strengthen self-worth and boundary-setting to reduce people-pleasing tendencies; learn mindfulness and grounding techniques to reduce anxiety.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. By focusing on self-exploration and practical strategies, I guide clients toward greater emotional stability, inner peace, and confidence in their decision-making. My goal is to empower them to feel in control of their emotions, cultivate secure relationships, and break free from patterns that no longer serves.
My practice hours are Tuesday and Thursday; 10:00 am – 6 pm; Fridays 10:00 am- 4pm. Please remember that Betterhelp (or sister site!) is not appropriate if you are in crisis or in immediate need of support. In crisis situations, please call 911 or local emergency services. You can also call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to someone right away!”
I look forward to working with you!
